Returns & Refunds

I want you to love your jewelry. Each piece is designed, printed, and packed by me, so if something’s not right, I’ll always do my best to make it right! I would like everyone to be happy at the end of the day.

 

If something’s wrong

If your piece is damaged or defective, send me a quick photo within 30 days of receiving it. Email alex_c_booth@outlook.com with your order number. I’ll take care of it with a full refund right away (no need to send it back).

 

If you just don’t love it

It happens! If your piece isn’t what you hoped for, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Just email me first so I can share return instructions. Once I receive your jewelry in its original packaging and condition, I’ll refund your payment.

Please don’t ship anything back before contacting me - it helps me keep things more organized.

Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually appear within 10 business days.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since I approved your refund and it hasn’t shown up, please email me so I can check on it.
